Write to support@punchapp.co.il. Tell us your phone model, your iOS or Android version, and what happened. A screenshot helps. We have no email on file for you, so we cannot find your account without your friend code (in your profile).
Delete your account
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This deletes your profile, photo, workouts, stats, leaderboard row, friends, blocks and reports from our server. It cannot be undone. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Details are in the privacy policy.
Report or block someone
On the leaderboard, long-press the person's row, or open their profile and tap the "⋯" button at the top. Choose Report to report their photo or name, or Block to stop seeing each other. Blocking removes any friendship and hides you from each other on the leaderboards. You can see and undo your blocks in Settings, under "Privacy and Social", then "Blocked people".
Manage or cancel Premium
Premium is an App Store subscription. We cannot cancel it for you. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PUNCH, and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your PUNCH account does not cancel the subscription. To get Premium back on a new phone, use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. For refunds, use Apple's refund page.
Change your ad privacy choices
- iPhone: iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking, then switch PUNCH off or on.
- Android: Android Settings, Privacy, Ads, then delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Europe and the UK: reopen Google's consent form from "Ad privacy choices" in PUNCH Settings. The row appears only where the law requires it.
- Premium removes ads completely.
